While on Truckspace-managed or partner properties, you must follow all posted rules, laws, and safety policies. Prohibited conduct includes unsafe activities, vehicle abandonment, or tampering with security systems.
Truckspace operates certain facilities in partnership with property owners such as Realterm. Necessary operational information may be shared with partners as required.
All Site content, branding, and technology are owned or licensed by Truckspace. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without written consent.
The Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free operation or availability of specific spaces.
Truckspace LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to any claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Truckspace harmless from any claims or expenses arising from your Site or facility use or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Truckspace LLC is registered.
Truckspace is the exclusive operator of all truck-parking and industrial outdoor storage services offered on this site. Truckspace is solely responsible for customer relationships, pricing, access control, facility operations, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and all liability associated with the use of the property. Realterm is not an operator, manager, or service provider and does not manage, control, or oversee daily activities or customer interactions. Any reference to Realterm is solely to identify property ownership.
